3. Your printheads ?
If you ever have a major
problem with a printhead, we will exchange it with one that had
equivalent usage time and
performance status at time of purchase. This guarrantee is
valid for
six months from date of
purchase, weather or not the printhead is still under HP
guarrantee.
Clause 3 must be activated at time of purchase, by sending
us 3 documents by mail, within 10 days after date of purchase. It is your responsability
to send those documents :
1. A printout of a test page ;
2. A
printout of a "TAP test 94" page ;
3. A proof of purchase (copy)
showing the serial number of the printer.

The story of the XL ink
Until
May 2009, our
standard ink
was
the best alternative and the closest to HP
we could have. However, many
customers (professional
photographs and photo artists)
are extremely high demanding people
and they asked for the lowest Dmax
value possible and for a wider grey scale with tones as
neutral as possible.
We listen to them, worked
hard with our manufacturer, and we are
now able to offer this XL ink which we believe to
be of the
highest
quality available on the market today, among third party inks. Wether
you are considering color reliability, fastness,
safety for your printheads, compatibility with all printers that use
the HP Vivera ink, this ink will give you full
satisfaction,
guarranteed.
Regarding
grey scale
neutrality, we offer you an ink that has almost no color
shift, which
means pure greys that contain practically no red, blue, green or yellow
shift.
For
those who loves figures, our XL ink does not
exceed 0
to -1
on the "a"
axis of the L*a*b
mesurement method, and 0 to -4 on the "b" axis ("1" being the lowest value visible by an
average human eye, on a 100 degrees scale. We compare positively to HP.
Dmax is now at 2.3 (Maximum
Darkness - Hp claim 2.5). Color
fastness is 200 years (fading
resistance)
Shipping delays
We
usually ship the same day if order is placed before 11:00 am, but
depending on the volume of activity, we may ship later but not more than 48 hours.
