For Europe : Air mail, tracking not available.

Shipping delays
Before buying this item, please read the following informations on shipping delays :
We usually ship the same day if order is placed before 11:00 am, but depending on the volume of activity, we may ship later but not more than 48 hours.
Take into account that there may be up to 12 hours difference between your country and eastern Canada.
We always send an email to confirm that your item has been shipped and when.
If the destination address is outside Canada, take into account that the customs in your country may want to inspect this item. Sometimes they hold and release, sometimes they hold and wait… and wait… and wait... and then release...and sometimes they finally open for inspection. All this is done on an unpredictable basis and can add 3 to 6 days to normal delay. When you rate our shipping efficiency, remember that this out of our control and please, don’t give us the rating you’d like to give to postal service or to your custom’s!

- USA can take from 6 to 8 working days by Canada Post “Small packet air”
- USA can take from 4 to 6 working days by Canada Post “Xpresspost”
- UK can take from 7 to 12 working days by Canada Post “Small packet air”
- France can take from 5 to 10 working days by Canada Post “Small packet air”
- Germany can take from 7 to 12 working days by Canada Post “Small packet air”
- Australia can take from 8 to 20 working days by Canada Post “Small packet air”
Returns and Warranty
Cartridges are guaranteed for a period of 60 days from the date of delivery. Chips are garanteed for one year.
If it ever happens that a chip or a cartridge stops functioning adequately, just send us an email to obtain a RMA. It will be replaced for free (you pay only postage to send it back to us).
No return will be accepted unless an RMA has first been issued. Before issuing a refund or RMA, Hefger Media will first attempt to replace defective components and we may ask you to do some tests or execute some steps to solve a problem.
Depending on the item and on the problem encountered, and after having made an agreement with you, Hefger Media may decide to authorize a return for exchange or refund. In any circumstances, remember that your satisfaction is our first concern and we will make any reasonnable effort to make you satisfied. |
